Security Innovation Launches New Company
to Meet Application Security Needs
of Government Organizations
SI Government Solutions Will
Provide Security Testing, Training and Research Services on Classified
and Critical Infrastructure Projects for U.S. Government
BOSTON—February 2, 2005—Security Innovation, the industry leader
in application security testing, research and training, today announced
the creation of a new company—SI Government Solutions—dedicated to
meeting the application testing, training, tools and security research
needs of various U.S. government agencies and organizations involved in
classified government projects. As part of the announcement, the parent
company— which will keep the Security Innovation name—has shifted its
management headquarters to Boston and will maintain labs and additional
offices in Melbourne, Fla., Bozeman, Mont. and Seattle, Wash. The
spin-off company will be headquartered and have independent labs and
offices in West Melbourne, Fla.
SI Government Solutions is specially equipped with necessary government
clearances and domain expertise to service U.S. government organizations
involved in classified projects. The spin-off will build on Security
Innovation’s track record of providing industry-leading application
security testing and development services to dozens of existing
government and commercial customers. Security Innovation will continue
to serve existing and future government contracts that do not require
security clearance as well as the many non-government clients the
company already has.
